As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the sales team, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and providing coaching and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by customers or team members.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently, both within and outside of the region, as required.
