📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
  • Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Develop and maintain recipes and menus.
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of food supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with local and international cuisines.
  • Certification in culinary arts (preferred).
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
