🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams to success.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps, and quality assurance.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or similar industry-recognized certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
