As the Kepala Pusat, you will be involved in a wide range of activities, from overseeing daily operations to developing and implementing strategic initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the flagship site in Pangkal Pinang, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence and growth.
• Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and implement processes to maintain compliance.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and contribute to the company's reputation and image.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the resources industry, with a proven track record of operational excellence.
• Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing teams in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards, and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of operational management software, including but not limited to SAP and Oracle.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Certification in Lean Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
