As a Partner Community Engagement Specialist, you will be the voice of our platform in the driver community. You will create and implement strategies to engage drivers, foster a sense of belonging, and drive the adoption of our platform. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and retain our driver community.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the driver community.
• Create and manage content for our driver community platforms, including social media, forums, and newsletters.
• Organize and participate in community events and initiatives to strengthen our driver network.
• Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community engagement efforts with overall business goals.
• Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are effectively using our platform.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in community engagement, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully growing and engaging communities.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with transportation industry and driver communities is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
