In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our camp, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.,Ensure the safety and well-being of campers and staff by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.,Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.,Train and develop camp staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Handle any operational issues or emergencies that may arise during the camp season.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in the education or camp industry.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and procedures.,Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian is required. English proficiency is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation purposes.
