HAVEN Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to join our team in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, coordinating tasks, and ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate tasks and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.,Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain accurate records and reports for management review.,Address and resolve employee concerns and issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
