📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team in the Kuta area, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.,Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
