📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and supporting the recruitment team.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Conduct research to identify potential candidates and job markets.,Prepare and distribute job advertisements and other recruitment materials.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other HR-related software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
