📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and ready for use.,Plan and execute routes efficiently, considering factors such as traffic, weather, and road conditions.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor and report on vehicle performance and maintenance needs.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Train and supervise driver staff to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
