Zone Bold Sentosa is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Lead and mentor the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
