📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Lead HR training and development programs.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
