📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Create detailed design concepts and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop 3D visualizations and renderings to present design ideas effectively.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare construction documents and specifications for project implementation.
- Conduct site visits and provide design guidance during construction.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior designers in the team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design or architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
