📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.,Develop and implement electrical engineering solutions that meet project requirements and specifications.,Oversee the work of electrical engineering staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporate new developments into projects as appropriate.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to management and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams.,Strong technical skills in electrical engineering, including knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and power distribution.,Experience with electrical design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire engineering teams.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound technical and business decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.,Ability to travel as needed to project sites.
