📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of waiters to ensure efficient and effective service.,Maintain high standards of food and beverage service to meet customer expectations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.,Train and develop new waiters to ensure they meet company standards.,Assist in the preparation of daily schedules and staff assignments.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English being an advantage.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects with ease.
