📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide essential care to newborns, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing basic procedures.
• Support new mothers during the postpartum period, ensuring their well-being and providing education on newborn care.
• Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement care plans for newborns.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Educate parents on newborn care, including feeding, bathing, and burping techniques.
• Assist in the administration of vaccinations and other medical treatments as directed by the medical team.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized nursery, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized and maintained.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in newborn care.
• Certification in Newborn Resuscitation (NBRC) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Strong knowledge of pediatric nursing practices and newborn care guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
