📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Documenting patient information and maintaining accurate medical records.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Maintaining a clean and organized patient care area.,Assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing insurance claims.,Participating in continuous education and professional development activities.,Promoting a safe and respectful work environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
