In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and work with the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of products.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the retail operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Experience with inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and retail software.,Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to develop effective promotional strategies.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the retail industry.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
