📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all properties are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.,Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all cleaning schedules and tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all items are in good condition and available when needed.,Implement and enforce cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all properties.,Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping and hospitality, and implement any necessary improvements to our operations.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that the housekeeping team is fully trained and certified in all necessary procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping industry, preferably in a luxury or high-end property setting.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, procedures, and best practices in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Previous experience working in Bali or another tropical destination is a plus.
