🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably in the banking industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects in a banking environment.,Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead stakeholders.,Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a preference for Agile.
