📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Manage and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure team success.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.,Knowledge of the local market and industry is a plus.
