📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales engineering, particularly in the Refrigeration and HVAC Solutions industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Refrigeration and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
