📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions within the company.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for the role.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure high-quality hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
