📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staffing, inventory, and sales.,Ensure that the store meets all sales targets and goals.,Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor and report store performance metrics to the regional manager.,Manage the store's budget and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management position.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Previous experience in a similar role within the retail industry is a plus.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
