📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide support and guidance to employees during training sessions.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
