📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the founder in managing daily operations and schedules.
• Handle communication and coordination with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Support in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.
• Set up and manage new business initiatives and projects.
• Manage financial records and ensure accurate financial reporting using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Provide administrative support for various business functions.
• Assist in event planning and coordination for music school events.
• Maintain and update business documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or assistant roles, preferably in a business or operational setting.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
