As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our webstore on Shopify. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our products are presented effectively and that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our Shopify webstore to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Implement and manage marketing campaigns to promote our products and drive sales.
• Ensure that our webstore is up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
• Provide training and support to our sales and customer service teams on the use of our webstore.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback to continuously improve our webstore and customer experience.
• Collaborate with our IT team to ensure that our webstore is secure, reliable, and scalable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with Shopify.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, and experience with other e-commerce tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Mailchimp.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Certification in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
