🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling tools such as Visio, Power BI, and Excel.
• Certification in a relevant field such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (Project Management Institute - Professional in Business Analysis) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
